Dino cake for Ishaan's 6th birthday. My close friend (since our school days ) now lives in Los Angeles.  She wanted me to bake a simple Dino cake for her son's 6th birthday.  She was having a party for around 25 ppl with family and friends. I was so pleased to bake this Dino cake for the little guy and the big challenge was to bake it and decorate it in such a way that.. The cake was supposed to travel from San Jose to LA in car...safe and tasty and in one piece 😊 When it is kids party.. Chocolate is the best bet ...kids just love the Chocolate in any form you give. So I d ecided to bake a rich chocolate cake with mild coffee flavor and paired it with chocolate butter cream frosting. Since the cake was supposed to travel almost 350 miles,   special precautions were taken while decorating the two tier cake and packing it right. My friend's brother managed to deliver the cake intact for the party and hurray...my two tier Dino  cake survived the journey....
